Bentenbi CHAIBDRA TANI, is a lecturer, university researcher and peer reviewer in the academic community with over 20 years of teaching experience in the University of Oran1 Ahmed BENBELLA, ALGERIA, where she leads the observatory research team on Internet uses & behavior (project approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research). She is a scientist with many publications and presentations in international conferences. She started as an information expert more than 25 years ago in the CERIST (Research Center of Scientific & Technical Information), where she was connecting people and institutions from different sectors to the right information resources and opportunities, relying on the power of the World Wide Web.
