Dr. Thelma Frimpong Mensah is a goal getter and passion driven person who believes in making the most of every situation.Currently working as the Chief Financial Officer and Billing Operations Manager of Olidia Care Inc, Minnesota USA, Dr.  Frimpong Mensah is the Senior Vice President in charge Education at the African Youth Institute; the Director for Women Empowerment of AYDO; and a Board Member of the Shakers and Movers Education Foundation

She holds a PhD and MBA in Finance with over 10 years’ experience in general and administrative management and coordination, customer experience and Sales

She is a youth Coach and Mentor, CEO of Desert Dew Consultancy, providing consultancy services in the following areas; finance,market research, accountancy,grant and proposal writing. we also provide staff training.

She holds a PhD of Finance from the Swiss Management Center University in Switzerland and an MBA of finance from Sikkim Manipal University, India and a BA from the University of Ghana.
