Dr. Joseph OGHENEVWETA, PhD. is a research fellow at the Worcester Polytechnic Institute, Worcester, Massachusetts, United States. He has worked in different organizations and academic institutions where he has made tremendous impact in research and development in the field of materials science and engineering. He specializes in advanced materials characterization, fatigue failure testing and analyzes, nanotechnology, and development of smart materials. He obtained his Bachelor and Masters’ degrees from Ahmadu Bello University, Nigeria and PhD degree from the University of Wollongong, Australia. He is an author, co-author of many peer-reviewed journal articles, reviewer and member of editorial board for different materials science and engineering journals.
