Ms. Dinah Mark-Boye holds a BSc, Human Resource Management from Central
University and an HND, Secretaryship and Management Studies from the Ho Technical
University (then Ho Polytechnic)
Dinah is currently managing the call center of Lema Press; attending to general
enquiries and complaints of customers and reporting to the appropriate channel; and
receiving and processing orders as requested from customers. She has vast experience
in her field serving as Customer Service Representative at Teletech Ghana Ltd for
Vodafone Ghana and Tigo Ghana Ltd (now AirtellTigo).Before then; she also served as
Administrative Assistant, Mobilization Officer and Records Officer for other
organizations.
During her university days, she served in various students’ leadership positions
including General Secretary – AGCM Ho Polytechnic, Vice – President, and Secretary –
Good News Hostel Ho Polytechnic and Member Women Commission Committee.
